"12 Days of Christmas Giveaway"

Official Rules

1. How to Enter

Enter online at www.amomentspeace.com. Complete the official entry form. No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Only one entry per person.

2.  Eligibility

The contest is open to contestants 18 and older who are either current residents of Williamson County, TN, or work in Williamson County, TN.  Employees of A Moment’s Peace Salon & Day Spa, VIP Williamson County Magazine, participating giveaway businesses and any respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, or public relations agencies employees are not eligible to participate. This promotion shall be conducted in compliance with all applicable U.S., Federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

The "12 Days of Christmas Giveaway" contest begins Dec. 1, 2009 and ends on Dec. 24 at 5 p.m.

4.  Prizes

The "12 Days of Christmas Giveaway" provides one winner per day from Dec. 13 through Dec. 24:

Dec. 13 - A Moment's Peace - Spa Manicure and Pedicure

Dec. 14 - What's-In-Store - $120 Gift Card

Dec. 15 - The Dinner A'Fare - 12-Meal Dinner Package

Dec. 16 - John Cannon Fine Artist - Holiday Oil Painting

Dec. 17 - The Cocoa Tree - 12-Piece Truffle Gift Box

Dec. 18 - A Moment's Peace - Hot Stone Massage

Dec. 19 - Gigi's Cupcakes - 12 Cupcakes

Dec. 20 - A Moment's Peace - Hair Cut and Style

Dec. 21 - Aloft Hotel - A Night Stay

Dec. 22 - Ignite Wellness Personal Training Package

Dec. 23 - Platinum Jewelers - Strand of Pearls

Dec. 24 - A Moment's Peace - Full Day of Peace

5.  Winner Selection

One winner will be chosen at random per day from Dec. 13 through Dec. 24.

6. Winner Notification

Winning names will be posted each day at www.amomentspeace.com and each will be contacted via phone.

7. Claiming Giveawy/Release

Upon notification, each winner will be provided with information on claiming their giveaway. Winners are responsible for claiming their giveaway directly from retailer. Winner must agree to participate and sign a release to use their name and image in any promotional materials in print, online and TV.

8.  Other Conditions

Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash. If for any reason, the contest is cancelled or postponed, prize will be awarded on an alternate date.

9.  Limitation of Liability

By accepting this prize, winner agrees to release services providers, retailers, media sponsors and marketing and public relations agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to person and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or the prize package and any prize related activity.
