Motown: The Complete #1's Box Set Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY: This RegisterMeToWin.Com contest ("Contest") begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (United States) on January 30th, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time (United States) on March 1st, 2009.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry within the United States who have the ability to enter into valid contracts in their personal jurisdiction of residence. The Contest is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law, rule, regulation, ordinance, or the like. Employees and directors of The Marketing Group, Motown/UMe, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, marketing agencies, public relation firms, consultants and contractors, their immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent or grandparent) and those living in their same households are ineligible to participate in the promotion. By participating, you agree to these and the following Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges (The Marketing Group, 1025 16th Avenue South, Suite 102, Nashville, Tennessee 37212), which are final and binding in all respects.
HOW TO PLAY THE CONTEST: Participation in the Contest may be made available to you by a Contest affiliate. You may enter and play the Contest by a) following a link from a Contest affiliate, b) completing all required registration information, and c) pressing the "Register Me To Win" button. Participants are eligible to enter once per person per Contest. Winners will be chosen at the end of contest by random drawing from all entries. Winners will be contacted by telephone or email. All prize awards are subject to verification. By entering, participants a) agree to these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor(s) and the judges, which shall be binding and final in all respects; and b) release The Marketing Group, Motown/UMe, their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the prize including, but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness.
ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY: Legibly print your first and last names, complete address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address (optional), daytime telephone number, and the name of the Contest on a postcard or piece of paper inserted into an envelope, and mail to: "Legends of Country Book Contest", 1025 16th Avenue South, Suite 102, Nashville, Tennessee 37212. Free play requests must be postmarked no later than March 24, 2008 and received no later than March 30, 2008. Limit one entry per envelope. Only the winners will be notified by either electronic mail or regular postal mail. No photocopies, reproductions, or facsimiles allowed. The Marketing Group is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due mail. The odds of winning any prize will be the same by alternate means of entry as by online entry. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

PRIZE AWARDING: Prizes will be awarded only upon winner validation and verification by The Marketing Group. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted. Winners of prizes will be notified by electronic mail (e-mail) or, if the winner has been selected from the alternate means of entry, then the winner will be notified by United States Postal Service mail. If the initially selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Entrants grant The Marketing Group and its affiliates the right to use and publish their proper name and State of residence in connection with the Contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for The Marketing Group to use the winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winners agree that The Marketing Group, Motown/UMe, its affiliates and sponsors, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, are not responsible for and will be held harmless by winner for any liability, for any loss, injury or damage to person or property, including death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to the possession, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this Contest. All winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of all parties within five days of notification (or return the signed forms within five days of receipt. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash; however sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value due to unavailability. Please allow four to six weeks for prize delivery.

DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing and aspect of this Contest as solely determined by the Judges will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, The Marketing Group reserves the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this Contest is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of The Marketing Group which, in the sole opinion of the Judges, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest, The Marketing Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Internet portion of the Contest, but may continue with the free, alternate means of entry portion. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in Section Five (5).
TAX INFORMATION: All taxes and fees on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner.
GENERAL INFORMATION: This Contest is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Tennessee in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Tennessee. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Tennessee and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Tennessee.
